AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of a sewer easement in
the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and
this District has no further need for such portions of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of the easement granted by Glenn
Enterprises, Inc. by instrument recorded in Book 5097, page 432 of
the St. Louis County Records and lying within Lot 44, Parc Chateau
Plat No. 1, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, excepting
therefrom those portions thereof which are coincident with
easements granted by aforesaid subdivision plat.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 6, 1967.
