AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the Affton
area, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by the School District of Affton
by instrument dated March 20, 1967 and recorded in Book 6205, page
592 of the St. Louis County Records and being further described as
lying in part of Lot 62 of the Mackenzie Tract, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 6, 1967.
