AN ORDINANCE vacating sewer easements in the City of
St. Ann, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easements, and has granted
this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements granted by the plat of Mark Twain
Village, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 118, page 46 of the St.
Louis County Records, together with that easement granted this
District by the City of St. Ann by instrument dated March 8, 1966,
and recorded in Book 5920, page 358 of the St. Louis County
Records, which easement lies in U. S. Survey 2524, Township 46
North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 6, 1967.
