AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand Nine
Hundred Eight Dollars ($100,908.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Account to be used for the purchase of
approximately 32 acres of land, adjacent to Coldwater Creek and to
the site of the Coldwater Creek Sewage Treatment Plant, in
Township 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and
for expenses necessarily incidental thereto.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Nine
Hundred Eight Dollars ($100,908.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Account to be
used for the purchase of approximately 32 acres of land, adjacent
to the South side of Coldwater Creek and to the site of the
Coldwater Creek Sewage Treatment Plant, in Township 47 North,
Range 7 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and for expenses
necessarily incidental thereto.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 1967.
