AN ORDINANCE vacating a roadway easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such roadway easement, and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute roadway easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described roadway easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
That roadway easement ten (10) feet wide over the North
ten (10) feet of the South fifteen (15) feet of Lot 77 of
Parkmont, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 112, pages 86 and 87 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 26, 1967.
