AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no need for such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The westernmost ten (10) feet of Lot 9 of Crosby Place,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 66 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 26, 1967.
