AN ORDINANCE to extend the boundaries of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and of the Coldwater Creek
Trunk Subdistrict to include an area of St. Louis County which
could be efficiently served by the sewer facilities of the
District and of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict.
WHEREAS, a petition to the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has been received from the
owner of all the land in said area, praying for annexation to both
the District and the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, this area adjoins The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District and such Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict and the
existing sewers of the District and Subdistrict are adequate to
handle all of its sanitary sewage, that the interests of
sanitation and public health of the District will be promoted by
including the area in its territory; and that the sewage flow from
the area proposed to be annexed has no available outlet through
public sanitary sewers other than those of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That the Board finds that the sewer
facilities of the District can efficiently serve the area
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the boundary of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District as extended by Ordinance No. 881, of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, adopted November
27, 1962, which point is more particularly described as being the

southwestern corner of property lying in United States Survey
2771, Township 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri and described in deed to Wm. A. F. Kuetemann and
wife, recorded in Book 1034, Page 1, St. Louis County
Recorder's Office; thence North 0 degrees 02 minutes West
371.53 feet along the western line of said Kuetemann property
to its northwestern corner, being also the southwestern
corner of property described in deed to Wm. A. F. Kuetemann
and wife, recorded in Book 3398, Page 286, St. Louis County
Recorder's Office, said point also being the southwestern
corner of United States Survey 1012; thence North 3 degrees
43-1/2 minutes West 2572.25 feet along the western line of
said Kuetemann property and along the western line of United
States Survey 1012, to the northwestern corner of said
Kuetemann property; thence North 85 degrees 28-1/2 minutes
East, 1807.40 feet along the northern line of said Kuetemann
property to its northeastern corner, the eastern 1214.71 feet
of said northern line being also part of the existing
boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence
South 3 degrees 34-3/4 minutes East 2570.35 feet along the
eastern line of said Kuetemann property to its southeastern
corner in the line dividing United States Surveys 1012 and
2771, said eastern line of Kuetemann being also part of the
existing boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District; thence South 85 degrees 15-1/2 minutes West 232.88
feet along the southern line of United States Survey 1012, to

the northeastern corner of said Kuetemann property recorded
in Book 1034, Page 1 said southern line of Survey being also
a part of the existing District boundary; thence South 0
degrees 43-1/2 minutes West 455.48 feet along the eastern
line of said Kuetemann property to its southeastern corner
which eastern line is also part of the existing District
boundary; thence South 86 degrees 01-1/2 minutes West 555.50
feet and South 89 degrees 53-1/2 minutes West 1002.94 feet
along the southern line of said Kuetemann property to its
southwestern corner and the point of beginning, said southern
line being also a part of the existing District boundary.
Section Two. That the petition praying for annexation
was signed by the owner of all of the land in said area.
Section Three. That the interests of sanitation and
public health of the District will be promoted by including the
area in its territory.
Section Four. That the sewage flow from the area
proposed to be annexed has no available outlet through public
sanitary sewers other than those of the District.
Section Five. The corporate boundaries of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and the Coldwater Creek
Trunk Subdistrict are hereby extended so as to include the above
described area.
Section Six. Certified copies of this ordinance shall
be filed in the offices of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis
County, the Recorder of Deeds of the City of St. Louis, and the

Secretary of State.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1967.
