AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Jennings, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The western two (2) feet of the easement ten (10) feet
wide over the eastern ten (10) feet of Lot 6 of Acre Lot 10, Block
5 of the Resubdivision of Belle Mead Place, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 13, pages 50 and 51 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1967.
