AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement five (5) feet wide over the southeast
five (5) feet of Lots 7, 8, 9, B, 10, 11 and 12 of Larmor Place, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, page 34 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 24, 1967.
