AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and have granted
this District, a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated to wit:
That easement granted by Peter Schultz and Elsie M.
Schultz, his wife, by instrument dated February 1, 1967, and
recorded in Book 6153, page 261 of the St. Louis County Records,
such easement being further described as lying in Lot 11, John C.
Twillman Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, page 102
of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 21, 1967.
