AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the northern ten
(10) feet of Lot 609, Seven Hills Addition Plat 6, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 120, page 96 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 2, 1967.
