AN ORDINANCE appropriating Four Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($4,800.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for reconstruction
of a storm sewer in Shrewsbury Avenue in the City of Shrewsbury.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($4,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be
used for reconstruction of a storm sewer in Shrewsbury Avenue in
the City of Shrewsbury.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 2, 1967.
