AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 323 (Lilac
Central) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 323 (Lilac Central).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 323
(Lilac Central) shall be as follows:
LILAC CENTRAL
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of Lilac
Drive and the centerline of Scenic Drive; thence eastwardly along
the centerline of said Scenic Drive to its intersection with the
southern prolongation of the western line of lot 167 of Riverview
Gardens, a subdivision in St. Louis County recorded in Plat Book
11 Page 27 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly
along said prolongation and along the western line of lots 167,
166, 165, 164, D, 163, 162, 161 and 160 in said Riverview Gardens
to the southern line of Fork Drive; thence northwardly along a
straight line across Fork Drive to a point, said point being the
intersection of the northern line of Fork Drive with the western
line of Lot E in said Riverview Gardens; thence northwardly along
the western lines of Lot 3, 159, 158, 157 and 156 in said
Riverview Gardens and along the northern prolongation of the
western line of said Lot 156 to the centerline of Northridge
Drive; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of said
Northridge Drive to the centerline of Lilac Drive; thence
southwardly along the centerline of said Lilac Drive to the
centerline of Scenic Drive, the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 30, 1967.
