AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 322 (Country Life
Acres) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 322 (Country Life Acres).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 322
(Country Life Acres) shall be as follows:
COUNTRY LIFE ACRES
Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of
Country Life Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 21 on page
16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the
southern line of said Country Life Acres Subdivision to the
southwest corner thereof; thence northwardly along the west line
of said subdivision to the southwest corner of lot 18 in said
Country Life Acres Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south
line of said lot 18 to the southeast corner thereof; thence
northwardly along the east line of said lot 18 to the north line
of said Country Life Acres Subdivision; thence eastwardly along
said north line to the northeast corner of said subdivision;
thence southwardly along the east line of said Country Life Acres
Subdivision to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 30, 1967.
