AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($7,400.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for personal
services of two employees to be engaged in rat control work.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($7,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be
used for personal services of two employees to be engaged in rat
control work.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 30, 1967.
