AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Fifteen
Thousand Twenty-eight Dollars ($215,028.00) from the various funds
named to the Personnel Department to be used for Pension Fund
payments under the employee retirement plan for the current fiscal
year ending June 30, 1968.
WHEREAS, an annual appropriation is required for
payments to fall due under the employee retirement plan to provide
for annual administrative expenses, current costs for the fiscal
year, and an annual installment to fund the initial accrued
liability,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand
Twenty-eight Dollars ($215,028.00) is hereby appropriated from the
funds named to the Personnel Department to be used for Pension
Fund payments under the employee retirement plan for the current
fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, as follows: From the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund $ 158,626.15 From the operating funds of Subdistrict No. 150 (Sugar Creek) 1,483.70 From the operation and maintenance fund of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict 13,374.75 From the operation and maintenance fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict 41,543.40 Total Appropriated $ 215,028.00
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 30, 1967.
