AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement of varying width granted by the Lindbergh
School District by instrument dated December 13, 1965, and
recorded in Book 5872 page 312 of the St. Louis County Records,
such easement being further described as lying in part of Section
20, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 7, 1967.
