AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, by Ordinance No. 46324,
has vacated all or part of the north-south alley 18 feet wide, in
City Block 562, reserving, however, an easement for sewer purposes
over such portion of former alley, and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is
successor in title to said easement, and
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement reserved by the City of St. Louis by
Ordinance No. 46324, lying in the former north-south alley in City
Block 562 of the City of St. Louis, which block is bounded by
Hadley, O'Fallon, Eleventh and Biddle Streets.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 7, 1967.
