AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Engineering Department to be used for printing a manual on
design criteria and appropriating Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund to be used for
remodeling the East entry of the General Offices Building.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Dollars
($2,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the Engineering Department to be used for
printing a manual on design criteria.
Section Two. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unencumbered balance
of the Real Property Purchase Fund to be used for remodeling the
East entry of the General Offices Building.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1967.
