AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) from the Operating Funds of Subdistrict No. Four of
the River des Peres Watershed (North Affton) to be used for the
entire costs of constructing Main "K" sanitary sewer in that
Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Dollars
($22,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of
Subdistrict No. Four of the River des Peres Watershed (North
Affton) to be used for the entire costs of constructing Main "K"
sanitary sewer in that Subdistrict.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 7, 1967.
