AN ORDINANCE, transferring Five Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($5,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to the Real Property Purchase Fund and appropriating the same
sum from the Real Property Purchase Fund to be used for
construction of a storage shed in the Maintenance Department yard
at Sulphur Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($5,500.00) is hereby appropriated and transferred from
the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Real
Property Purchase Fund.
Section Two. The same sum of Five Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real
Property Purchase Fund to be used for construction of a storage
shed in the Maintenance Yard at Sulphur Avenue and all costs
necessarily incidental thereto.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 20, 1967.
