AN ORDINANCE, making a supplementary appropriation of
Twenty-seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($27,500.00) from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance
Department for personal services for the remainder of the fiscal
year ending June 30, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($27,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Maintenance
Department to be used for personal services for the remainder of
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 20, 1967.
