AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Sewer Extension and Improvement
Account of the Coldwater Creek Subdistrict to be used for
extension of the Coldwater Creek sewer facilities as provided in
Contract No. C-257.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sewer Extension and
Improvement Account of the Coldwater Creek Subdistrict to be used
for extension of the Coldwater Creek sewer facilities as provided
in Contract No. C-257.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 4, 1968.
