AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Seven
Hundred Sixty-five Dollars ($11,765.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund to the Waste Water Department to be used
for Personal Services in the Mississippi River Water Quality
Evaluation and Surveillance Program - - St. Louis, Missouri to
Chester, Illinois - - with a provision that any payment in aid
from the United States shall be placed in the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Seven Hundred
Sixty-five Dollars ($11,765.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund to the Waste Water
Department to be used for Personal Services in the Mississippi
River Water Quality Evaluation and Surveillance Program - - St.
Louis, Missouri to Chester, Illinois.
Section Two. Any payment in aid of this program from
the United States shall be placed in the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 4, 1968.
