AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted this District by the Standard Oil
Company by instrument dated July 9, 1958 and recorded in Book
3949 page 421 of the St. Louis County Records, such easement
lying in Township 44 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri, and being further described in said document as
follows:
The West 135 feet of the South 10 feet of the East 50 feet of
Lot 1 and all of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 1 of Heege Hills,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24 page
14 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 18, 1968.
