AN ORDINANCE vacating a drainage easement in the City
of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described drainage
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the Drainage Easement (60 feet wide) which
lies between the southern line and the westward extension of
the northern line of Bennie Gordon Subdivision, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 64 page 70 of the St. Louis County
Records, the eastern line of which Drainage Easement is
described as beginning at a point on aforesaid southern
Subdivision line at a point thereon 83.37 feet eastwardly
from the southwestern corner of said Subdivision, measured
along said southern Subdivision line; thence North 55
degrees, 17 minutes East a distance of 33.59 feet to a point
of tangency with a curve to the left having a radius of 218.5
feet; thence along such curve to the left an arc distance of
98.33 feet to its point of tangency with a straight line;
thence North 29 degrees, 30 minutes East along such straight
line to its intersection with the aforesaid northern line of
such Subdivision, which point of intersection is also the
northwest corner of Lot 6 thereof; excepting therefrom the
southern five (5) feet of such 50 foot wide Drainage
Easement. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 18, 1968.
