AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 324 (Buckley and
Meadow Acres) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 324 (Buckley and Meadow Acres).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 324
(Buckley and Meadow Acres) shall be as follows:

BUCKLEY AND MEADOW ACRES
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Buckley Road with the southeastern prolongation of
the southwest line of Meadow Acres, a subdivision in St. Louis
County as recorded in Plat Book 63, page 42 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwestwardly along said prolongation and
along the southwest line of said Meadow Acres to the northeast
corner of property now or formerly owned by Wm. S. and M. F. Toth
as recorded in Deed Book 4940, page 554 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Toth
property to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along
the south line of said Toth property to the southwest corner
thereof; thence northwardly along the western line of said Toth
property to the northwest corner thereof, said point also being on
the southwest line of Lot 24 of said Meadow Acres; thence
northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 24 a distance
of 5.50 feet, more or less, to the westernmost corner of said Lot
24; thence northwestwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 24
and continuing along the northeastern prolongation of said
northwest line to the centerline of Meadow Acres Lane (50 feet
wide); thence northwestwardly along the centerline of said Meadow
Acres Lane to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation
of the northwest line of Lot 5 in said Meadow Acres; thence north-
eastwardly along said prolongation and along the northwest line of
said Lot 5 to the northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence
southeastwardly along the northeast line of Lots 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1

in said Meadow Acres and along the southeastern prolongation of
the northeast line of said Lot 1 to the centerline of Buckley
Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Buckley Road
to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 2, 1968.
