AN ORDINANCE, making a supplementary appropriation for
the remainder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, in the sum
of Sixty-four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-five Dollars
($64,285.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund to the Waste Water Department to be
used for Personal Services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-four Thousand Two
Hundred Eighty-five Dollars ($64,285.00) is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund to the Waste Water Department to be used
for Personal Services for the remainder of the fiscal year ending
June 30, 1968.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 29, 1968.
