AN ORDINANCE, making a supplementary appropriation for
the reminder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, in the sum
of Twenty-two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-six Dollars ($22,666.00)
from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used
for Personal Services of pumping station personnel for Pollution
Abatement and the U. S. Corps of Engineers Flood Protection
Program.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-six Dollars ($22,666.00) is hereby appropriated from
the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
General Fund to the Maintenance Department to be used for Personal
Services of pumping station personnel for Pollution Abatement and
the U. S. Corps of Engineers Flood Protection Program for the
remainder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 29, 1968.
