AN ORDINANCE appropriating Three Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($3,800.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to be used for construction of the Normandy Place By-Pass
Sanitary Sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($3,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to be used for construction of the
Normandy Place By-Pass Sanitary Sewer to serve an area South of
Natural Bridge Road and West of Lucas Hunt Road in St. Louis
County.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1968.
