AN ORDINANCE vacating sewer easements in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easements, and this
District has no further need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement five (5) feet wide over the eastern five
(5) feet of Lot 17, and the easement over the western part of Lot
38, said western part being generally five (5) feet in width,
inclusive of the widening of said easement to ten (10) feet at its
northern end, all as shown on the plat of Stonegate Estates, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 118 page 35 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting from both such easements the southern twenty
(20) feet thereof and the northern five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 18, 1968.
