AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) from the Operating Funds of Subdistrict No. 88
(Fountain Creek) to be used for the costs of constructing in
Section V thereof a paved storm water channel with inlets.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Dollars
($32,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of
Subdistrict No. 88 (Fountain Creek) to be used for the costs of
constructing in Section V of such Subdistrict a paved storm water
channel with inlets.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 17, 1968.
