AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty-Eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($28,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund to be used for construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 238 (Oakmount Outfall).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-Eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($28,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to be used for
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 238 (Oakmount
Outfall).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1968.
