AN ORDINANCE, vacating certain sewer and drainage
easements in Maple Hills South Plat 6, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District has no need of certain sewer and
drainage easements which were dedicated to it by subdivision plat
and the subdivision developer has requested vacation of them,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District hereby vacates all of its
right, title and interest in and to certain sewer and drainage
easements in lots of Maple Hills South Plat 6 as such easements
were dedicated and shown on the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
123, page 15 of the Records of St. Louis County, Missouri, to wit:
(1)The easements in the Northern 7-1/2 feet of Lots 14,
17, 35, 38 and 55; and
(2)The easements in the Southern 7-1/2 feet of Lots 11,
15, 16, 20, 36, 37, and 56.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1968.
