AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty-one Thousand Six
Hundred Thirty-one and 80/100 Dollars ($51,631.80) from the
unappropriated balance of the Improvement Fund to be used for the
purchase of special tax bills issued under Ordinance No. 1741 for
the improvement in Subdistrict No. 253 (Country Aire) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and authorizing and
directing the Executive Director to make such purchase.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-one Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty-one and 80/100 Dollars ($51,631.80) is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance of the Improvement Fund to be used
for the purchase of special tax bills issued under Ordinance No.
1741 for the improvement in Subdistrict No. 253 (Country Aire) of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Two. The Executive Director is hereby
authorized and directed to make such purchase of special tax bills
using said funds for such purpose.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 27, 1968.
