AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to be used for the District's current fiscal year share of the
cost of an area-wide hydrological stormwater survey by the United
States Geological Service.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to be used for the District's current
fiscal year share of the cost of an area-wide hydrological
stormwater survey by the United States Geological Service.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1968.
