AN ORDINANCE vacating sewer easements in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easements, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. That easement ten (10) feet wide over the southern
ten (10) feet of Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, of Block 3, Eleanor
Park No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, page 65 of the St.
Louis County Records.
2. Those easements five (5) feet wide over the western
five (5) feet of Lot 7 and the eastern five (5) feet of Lot 22 of
aforesaid Block 3, Eleanor Park No. 2 subdivision, excepting
therefrom the southern fifteen (15) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 25, 1968.
