AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension Fund to be
used for construction of an extension of the sanitary sewer system
situated in Subdistrict No. 328 (Kenneth and Elrath Extension) to
serve an adjacent area within the Coldwater Creek Trunk
Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension Fund to be used for construction of an extension of the
sanitary sewer system situated in Subdistrict No. 328 (Kenneth and
Elrath Extension) to serve an adjacent area within the Coldwater
Creek Trunk Subdistrict.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 25, 1968.
