AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-four Thousand Two
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($44,275.00) from the Coldwater Creek
Operation and Maintenance Account to the Maintenance Department to
be used for the cost of a preventive maintenance crew for the
remainder of the current fiscal year for the purposes stated.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-four Thousand Two
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($44,275.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Coldwater Creek Operation and Maintenance Account to the
Maintenance Department to be used for the cost of a preventive
maintenance crew for the remainder of the current fiscal year for
the following purposes:
Personal Services $24,778.00
Material & Supplies 2,814.00
Capital Outlay 16,683.00
Total $44,275.00
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 25, 1968.
