AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement and
the sewer therein in the City of Vinita Park, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and the
sewer therein to it and this District has no further need for such
portion of easement, and the portion of sewer lying therein serves
and can serve only the subject property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement including the sewer therein, is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement thirteen (13) feet wide over the northern thirteen
(13) feet of the southern thirty-three (33) feet of
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Vinita Industrial Park, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 118 page 53 of
the St. Louis County Records, excepting the western 125
feet thereof lying in said Lot 9, and the eastern 20
feet thereof lying in said Lot 13.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1968.
