AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide in the Northwest 1/4 of Section
30, Township 47 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri which easement was granted by the Whispering
Lakes Apartment Company by instrument dated June 12,
1968 and recorded in Book 6337 page 11 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1968.
