AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement partly ten (10) and partly fifteen (15) feet wide in
City Block 3250 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
which easement was granted by the Laclede Gas Company
by instrument dated January 10, 1966 and recorded in
Book 8665, page 59 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1968.
