AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement fifteen (15) feet wide over the west seven and one-
half (7-1/2) feet of Lot 5 and over the east seven and
one-half (7-1/2) feet of Lot 6 of City Block 4330B of
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 12, 1968.
