AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement and a portion of
another sewer easement in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and portion of
easement and this District has no further need for such easement
or portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
and portion of sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide in Block "A" of Tiffany House, as
shown on the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 112,
page 54, of the St. Louis County Records, the
centerline of which easement is particularly described
beginning at a point on the East line of Tyrrell Drive
(50 feet wide) distant 369 feet, more or less, north of
the Southwest corner of said Block "A" measured along
said East line of Tyrrell Drive; thence North 87
degrees, 56 minutes East, 236 feet in a straight line
to its termination.
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide in Block "A" of
Tiffany House, as shown on the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 112, page 54, of the St. Louis County
Records, the centerline of which easement is more
particularly described as beginning at a point on the
Southeast line of Tyrrell Drive (50 feet wide) distant
477 feet, more or less, north and east of the Southwest
corner of said Block "A" measured along the East and
Southeast lines of said Tyrrell Drive; thence South 39
degrees, 34 minutes East, 180 feet in a straight line
to its termination, excepting therefrom the
northwestern fifty (50) feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1968.
