HomeMy Public PortalAbout01793 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1793 AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this District has no further need for such portion of easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES Of THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portion of sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: The southwestern 125.99 feet of the 10 foot wide easement across the southwestern half of Lot 19 of "Mauro's Subdivision to Georgetown", a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 70 of the City (former County) of St. Louis, Missouri, Recorder's office, which 10 foot wide easement was granted by Walter P. Terry and wife to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by instrument recorded in Book 6146, page 234, St. Louis County Recorder's office; the centerline of which 125.99 feet length of 10 foot wide easement hereby vacated being more particularly described as: Beginning in the southwestern line of said Lot 19 distant South 41 degrees 23 minutes East, 446.99 feet from its inter- section with the southeastern line of Gravois Road, 80 feet wide, and thence North 48 degrees 02-3/4 minutes East, 125.99 feet to its terminus at a point distant South 42 degrees 32 minutes East, 444.97 feet and South 48 degrees 02-3/4 minutes West, 10.00 feet from the northernmost corner of property conveyed to said Walter P. Terry and wife by deed recorded in Book 2929, page 559, St. Louis County Recorder's office. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 26, 1968. -2-
