AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide granted by Sophie
Hendin by instrument dated September 23, 1958 and
recorded in Book 3977, page 458 of the St. Louis
County Records, and which portion lies in Lot 2, Block
C of the Resubdivision of Warson Road Industrial Park,
a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 120, page 35
of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom
that portion thereof lying in the western 50 feet of
said Lot and the northern 20 feet of said Lot.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 24, 1968.
