AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Sunset Hills, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and have granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide in U.S. Survey 2453, Township 44
North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, which
easement was granted by C. F. Christman and wife by
instrument dated September 25, 1968 and recorded in
Book 6354, pages 592 and 593 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 24, 1968.
