AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the Operating Funds of the Gravois Creek Trunk
Subdistrict to be used for the Mount Hope Outfall Sanitary
Interceptor Sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of
the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used for the cost of the
Mount Hope Outfall as it is described in Resolution No. 1009,
adopted September 26, 1968.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 7, 1968.
