AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Tru-Bounce,
Incorporated, for the construction of the Mount Hope Outfall
Sanitary Sewer along Lemay Ferry Road between Alleghany and
Karlsruhe Drives and west through Mount Hope and Oakdale
Cemeteries to Gravois Creek, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Tru-Bounce, Incorporated, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Mount Hope Outfall
Sanitary Sewer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of September,
1968, and formally executed on the 6th day of November, 1968, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This ordinance being for the confirmation
of a contract for sewer construction and the sewers to be
constructed being necessary for the protection of the public
health, an emergency exists within the meaning of the Plan, and
this ordinance shall be and become effective immediately upon its
adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 7, 1968.
