AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the southwest ten
(10) feet of Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, of Block 2 of Eleanor
Park No. 2, a Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, page 55 of the St.
Louis County Records, and that easement five (5) feet wide over
the northwest five (5) feet of Lot 7 of aforesaid subdivision
excepting therefrom the portions thereof coincident with the
easement granted by instrument signed by Thomas Kallial, et al,
dated May 29, 1968 and recorded in Book 6327, page 2534 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 7, 1968.
